Close x Knit Counseling maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy to honor the time set aside for you and for other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $100 fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged the full session fee.

To ensure sessions are eligible for insurance coverage, clients must arrive no more than 10 minutes late and remain present for the full 50-minute session (with no more than 10 minutes missed). If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or need to leave early beyond this window, insurance will not cover the session and you will be responsible for the full fee.

If you have not arrived within 20 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, regardless of payment method.

Payments, co-pays, and deductibles are due at the time of service.

 Clients are encouraged to check their mental health benefits by calling their insurance provider.

If a benefit is misquoted, it will be the client’s responsibility to pay any outstanding balance.
